We keep the management team deliberately small. Each of the four roles below carries a defined responsibility, and each person answers directly to the businesses they serve — the funds, the advisers, the developments and the investors who put their monthly contributions in our hands.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Leads AAM's strategy, capital mobilisation and the vision for the New City of Alexandra and 100 Inclusive African Cities.

Responsible for investment strategy, fund selection and portfolio oversight across the regulated funds.
