AAM Financial Services · Proposed CLiF
CLiF Equity
Participate in tomorrow’s businesses.
What it is
Build long-term exposure to businesses through diversified equity investments.
A proposed route into approved equity unit trusts, diversified ETFs or other suitable listed investments. Your holding provides exposure to a portfolio of companies—not automatic shares in the shop where you spend.

How it works
Verified, settled merchant allocations and any affordable personal contributions can purchase units in your selected equity product. The portfolio’s companies may generate dividends and share-price growth; your investment can also fall in value.
SWYO · OWYS means “Shop Where You Own. Own Where You Shop.” Your spending remains payment for goods and services. Only eligible merchant profits allocated under agreements, verified and paid into your investment become contributions. No profit may mean no allocation.
Potential benefits
- Potential long-term capital growth and dividend income.
- Diversified exposure rather than relying on one business.
- A way to work towards children’s future needs or other long-term goals.
Is it suited to you?
For longer-term goals where you can tolerate changes in value and do not need immediate access to this money.
Understand the risks
Share prices can fluctuate sharply. Negative returns, currency movements and loss of capital are possible; diversification does not remove risk.
General information, not financial advice. CLiFs are proposed and not open for subscriptions. Underlying products, authorisations, merchant agreements, minimum contributions, fees and launch dates must be confirmed before participation. Capital, allocations and investment returns are not guaranteed.
Your budget. Your priorities.
Start with a conversation, not a commitment.
A licensed and registered financial adviser will help you assess your needs, affordability and risks, explain approved product options and guide onboarding when the programme becomes available. Keep essential expenses and emergency needs first.
